Heaven and Hell Records are excited to announce label newcomers Ancient Creation. The Midwestern band is heavy metal in its purest form, with no concern for being modern or trendy. The only goals are to push the limits of their ability and create great progressive old school power metal that combines elements of power metal, complex song arrangements, aggressive drums, and powerful vocals.
Since the bands formation in 2003 Ancient Creation have continued to grow as a band both musically and in reputation as one of the most promising upcoming U.S. power metal outfits. With the release of their 2007 Evolution Bound on Melissa Records, Ancient Creation began to create a buzz that got even louder heard aboard. Several glowing reviews would soon follow as anticipation for a follow up grew.
In early 2011 Heaven and Hell Records will be releasing Ancient Creations newest album, Moonlight Monument. The album was recorded at Studio City in Kansas City, Missouri and mixed & produced by Adam Lichtengaur and Ancient Creation. Mastering was provided by Gary Long (King Diamond, Solitude Aeturnus) at Nomad Recording Studio in Texas.
Moonlight Monument is sure to please those waiting for a second release from Ancient Creation as well to capture new fans seeking the finest in U.S. power metal.
