Another date added to my Metallica tour!

I didn’t know Italians listened to Heavy Metal, seemed to me they were into tremolo picking on mandolins and I never saw and Italian with grungy, worn out or baggy pants (which has be associated with metal)…. UP here in WA people dress like slobs, but in Italy, all the girls (the real ones that is) that I looked over, wore nice pants; who knows, not me.

I didn't know either but I don't really care cos I'm flying in, going to the show, sleeping one night in a hotel and then flying out the next day so I'm not gonna see much of Italy!!

They have the GODS OF METAL Festival over there. It gets some really cool bands. Pretty much all the European countries are more into metal than the Americans are. I think they live it more. Just my 2 cents.

I wished we had better festivals over in the states. I've been to HELLFEST, BW & BK in Cleveland, and the New England Metal & Hardcore Festival only. Never seen OZZFEST. *gasp! *lol*

I have a friend in the Netherlands and he is going to see METALLICA in his country as well this summer.

Last time I saw METALLICA was in Honolulu, HI in Y2K. 2 shows..it was okay...they played better when I saw them with Cliff back in the day.

Oh man, I wish I could go somewhere outside my country and see a really good band like Metallica!!!! Someday I will, trust me, and I'll do the same with Iron Maiden!!!!:headbang:

Worst is: Metallica came to Colombia!!!!!! And even worse: I was too young to go!!!!!:( Same thing happened with Guns n' Roses, they came and played a gig here, and how old was I? Two years old!!!!

It's the best feeling in the world!!!! When we were over there we had a Union Jack with us and seeing the band acknowledge it every night was amazing!!! They must find it amazing that people travel so many miles just to see their band play!!!

I had something like that, my brother was going down to a play in England called Milton Keynes to see Metallica (about 1998-1999 time) and my mum wouldn't let me go. I was 14 which isn't too young but she was admant, so I never got to see them with Jason!
