I remember when Howard first got elected. It was Gay Mardi Gras night. I was at a Sadistik Exekution gig at the Enfield Boulevarde. They were showing the election on a big screen. Keating was losing by a landslide. Some guy watching it was going "We're fucked! We're fucked!" over and over again. How right he was.

The problem with elections in this country is the Liberal/National coalition. A vote for one of them is a vote for the other, and that is clearly wrong.

I agree...they just haven't got the guts to cut the pretence that the Nationals are just a part of the Liberal party (you wouldn't believe how many around here still think of the Nationals as looking after the interests of country people).

Another change I'd like to make is to have anyone who votes on "party lines" tried for conspiracy.

How's the Morning sickness and stuff been ?

It has been ok so far. Seven weeks tomorrow. So far just had waves of nausea.Occasionaly I can't handle a smell. Hate the swollen sore breasts,acne covered face and feeling like I have a bad period pain every now then though.
No throwing up as yet. No real cravings as yet although I woke up whilst camping wanting melted cheese...but seen as were camping imposible so I just went back to sleep.

Oh don't worry thoughts of disgust in the home are already there....but not feeling bothered as yet. I already constantly clean the toilet and other things in the house as it is.
Two days ago I was sitting on the lounge thinking this place is no place for a baby it is disgusting un safe etc etc...then I thought I have plenty of time to get it into shape, and went to sleep instead.
