Seems like this is going to be the first good Megadeth album in 15 years. Good Megadeth is great music to me, so I'll be biting.

1320 was awesome. The last minute or so especially was just great, loved it. Headcrusher felt a little bit more sterile arch enemy/quake 2 soundtrack style (mainly in the production sound and machine gun riffs) and less classic Megadeth but was still not half bad by last 15 years of megadeth standards.

What do you guys think of this one? For some reason, I want to know opinions on this song in particular. Sounds like the outcome of the Countdown album having sex with the Rust album, IMO. I like it!

didnt like endgame, it was quite boring.
But 1320 was good.
It had some bite to it.

It wasn't awful, but it was a lot more disjointed than the other two. 1320 is definitely a lot better. This one sounded kinda made up of bits and pieces of older songs, like I definitely heard Skin of my Teeth, Take No Prisoners, and even Train of Consequences in there. The solo section seemed to come out of nowhere. The drum sound is kinda grating, the ultra-modern ultra-processed andy sneap style drum production just doesn't sound right with their riffs IMHO. Oh well, still a lot better than anything on World Needs a Hero.
