This is my first time reamping and i don't have an di box ;( just running thru my soundcard but i did like the sound so i guess it's good enough for me anyway 
my amp is a marshall jcm 900 sl-x 50w, but it's not much marshall left
modded with preamp from engl powerball channel 3, eq is taken from 5150,
poweramp is marshall but something added to give a little more low end.
jj preamp tubes and jj e34L tubes.
my cab is harley benton 2x12 v30
my mic is a sm57 copy.
only used high and low pass on guitars 120hz and 12khz
