Anyone else see this? Phil was talking about how great it was to be sober now but the whole show he was so wrecked he couldn't talk or even keep his eyes open. He seemed completely strung out. It was sad to watch. The new Down video was pretty good though.

Phil looked the same on HBB as he has during every interview I've seen him do for the past 2+ years. Either he's full of shit (about being clean) or he's permanently damaged all his brain cells and is destined to become the Ozzy of the future.
