Which is stupid, because Scott said in a alpha mail (which is lost to the Internet nether regions) that he insisted to VH1 that they include him, but (according to him) they said, "eh". He said "they would be no Anthrax without Danny Lilker".

Is it stupid of Dan Lilker to be upset that he was completely overlooked and plagiarized??
The story about Anthrax as a band name really was Lilker's idea. The way Behind the Music showed Scott telling the story it sounded like he was taking the glory himself. Maybe they edited out the part that explained the whole story was about Dan.
