ANTHRAX guitarist Scott Ian and New York City club owner Mike Diamond â who started Snitch, Pangaea and Vela, and who recently partnered with Ian to launch Retox â are shopping a rock-themed pilot to the networks, according to Michael Starr of the New York Post.
