So much new stuff coming out, plus the probably $300 spent on PPUSA on music I wasn't even thinking of buying. Its an expensive life for us metalheads!!!!!

lol totally. Last year I was planning on only buying ONE thing at merch...you know.. play the budget game. :doh: Ended up buying about 3-5 cds and a tshirt. Thats not to mention other metal shows, the few good ones we get here anyway.
I always find its easier to get something thats not prog power if you don't have a large budget at the merch. I bought a Toxic album and a Whiplash album (thrash metal) and was planning on getting the Artillery box set thingy but thought I was going too over budget with all the other stuff I got.
I planned to have a budget... but then I got to the insider's sale and all hell broke loose. My son took my credit card as if it was just another piece of plastic.... unbelievable.
Now I just buy, and worry later.

my budget is always around $500. I have a very loving and understaning wife who knows what it's like to be a metal head a a show like this.

My bank account is fully stocked and ready! Believe me, there are a BUNCH of albums that I want to get. After all, what is a few thousand anyway?
