Any fan of good rock and roll had better get ready...

Wow - that's great for you. I've not heard it, but it's cool that some of us already have albums that are leading the charge for 2004:

Me / Demonspell - Into Eternity
NAD - Hypocrisy
PJ - Tesla

I love Tesla, so this is really cool news. Saw them live doing 5-man acoustical jam back in 2001 (I think) and they still bring it, though they could have been even better if Scott Keith wasn't falling-off-the-stool-drunk. :)

from what I've heard from Tesla, good rockin' tunes.
That's about my extent of Tesla knowledge as well.

And this album cover always made me laugh like a goofy teenager, especially considering that I saw it all the time when I was still a goofy teenager. :loco:

Actually, at the kick off of the year, these are contenders for #1:

Starsailor "Silence Is Easy"

This album is incredible. Beautiful, even. JayKeeley, I know you and haddsie are Coldplay fans. YOU BOTH WOULD LOVE THIS ALBUM. In love I am, shameless fanboy am I.

Tesla "Into The Now"

Iced Earth "The Glorious Burden"

That's great stuff - just heard some samples. I've been meaning to check Starsailor out for a while. Do you have their debut too?

Also, ever come across Elbow yet? I hear they're like a cross between Radiohead and The Gathering.

Tesla reminds me a little of Warrior Soul . . . only they sing about happy things usually.

Is this new album similar to that one with "Edisons Medicine" (or something like that)? That was one of the first CD's I ever bought.

thanks for clearing it up... someone really would become confused...
"5:12???!? i've heard of 12:5, but not 5:12!!!! must buy, must buy..."
Blame the European method of dating for that one...the concert documented on it was on 5/12/03. I expect nothing less than greatness from Pain Of Salvation, and this album delivers...
