Anyone else here ever notice that on the cover of M.45 'The Craving' there are "Victor" mousetraps surrounding the hooded man in the suit?
I know this is a stretch but possibly Mustaine was saying this is Megadeth in disguise?
Think about it. Vic is mostly portrayed in a suit. Vic is short for Victor.
Apart from the vocals on the original release it sounded just like a Megadeth record.
Coincidentally, the same moustrap image was used for 'Risk'.
My wacky theory makes even more sense due to the fact Mustaine put his own vocal tracks on it and released it in the Megadeth remasters collection...even though it's not Megadeth.
So, could the cover have been a metaphore stating that this was simply Megadeth w/ a different face?
Or could this just be the ramblings of a poor, sleepy bastard who's been up since 3 o'clock this morning.
