Hi, Chris

I'm glad to tell you that thanks to you (along with other stuff), I decided to become a music student. I'm currently finishing my music classes at college and transferring to University of Texas at San Antonio for next Fall. Can I ask you for some advice? I'm looking for new repertoire right now and I was wondering if I could have your opinion.

Here's what I've worked since I enrolled in college:
Solo:
Fernando Sor - Etude No. 17 Op. 35
J.S. Bach - Bourré (I don't know where is this from, the transcription is in A major), Allemande BWV 996
FranciscoTárrega - Lágrima
Leo Brouwer - Estudios Sencillos: I, IV; El Decamerón Negro: El Arpa del Guerrero
Robert DeVisée - Suite in D minor (Prelude, Alemande, Sarabande, Bourré)
Heitor Villa-Lobos - Etude I
Yukihiro Yoko - Sakura (Theme And Variations)
Santiago De Murcia - Villanos
Jose Luis Merlin - Evocación (from Suite Del Recuerdo)
Manuel M. Ponce - Estrellita

Duets:
J.S. Bach - Inventions 4 ad 8 (w/bassist)
John Dowland - Come Again (w/soprano)

and here's what I've considered:
Matthew Dunne - a few of the 20 Miniatures
Astor Piazzolla - La Muerte Del Angel (tr. Baltazar Benítez)
Roland Dyens - Fuoco
Agustn Barrios - La Catedral

Then again, I would like to know your opinion.

Thank you in advance for your time!
Best,

Ariel E. Alba

P.S. I'm looking forward to watch you guys along with Iron Maiden on September!
