Any Virgin Steele fans?

I had downloaded The House of Atreus parts 1 and 2 a while back and I enjoy them. Today at the record store, they had a shitload of used Virgin Steele discs. I bought both Atrues cds because I knew I liked them. I left Book of Burning, Hymns of Victory and Guardians of the Flame there. I honestly know little about the band, does anyone recommend any of the cds I left behind? I can always go back tomorrow...

Hmmm, I only have House of Atreus part 1 & 2 (like yourself). I bought my part 2 from Papa Josh so he might know about the others?

I think part 2 is better than part 1 by the way - but both are great fucking albums!

Not sure if you're generally anti-power metal, but I really like the singing style of David DeFeis and he totally rules the Avantasia album.

I'm not anti power metal at all. I just purposely limit myself because I know it can be a genre that I can get tired of. I like his singing style too, reminds me alot of Eric Adams, and I love me some Manowar.
