Anybody got any good 'tickly' cough remedies?

Me and my girlfriend have both got a tickly cough and it's annoying as fuck.

Tried all the usual suspects, beechams, honey and lemon, etc etc which dont seem to work

Any of you guys have any particular remedies which have helped in the past?

Whiskey or Brandy, very much a cureall.
If you have a vape, vape up a little bit of ganj.

Other than that, lots of fruit and vegetables.
