No, but very few states will allow the use of medicinal marijuana. California is one of them, and is known to have a very strong cannibus culture.

New York, does not.

Its pretty disgusting, America is actually closer to legalizing Marjiuana than Canada.
Though, I can get caught in the streets with weed and get nothing more than a "don't do that!" from the police.
