There's one on Nightmare Records' store for $13.50. If that's not up-to-date and it's out of stock (I don't know) then keep an eye on Ebay. That's where I scored my copy a couple of weeks ago.

When I reviewed it on metalreviews.com a few months ago people were looking for it, Chris had one so someone bought that one, but others found it on cduniverse.com for $13.29. Unfortunately it says it's backordered now.
