Anyone have the missing tracks from the Deliverance/Damnation sessions?

Mike makes reference in the Ghost Reveries booklet to having recorded 16 tracks for these two albums, but only 14 of them making it onto the records. Anyone know anything about these songs? Were they ever leaked or released?
