Anyone hear of HEADHUNTER?

This was/is Schmier's band in the early to mid 90's while DESTRUCTION was on hiatus. They released three albums "Parody of Life", "A Bizarre Gardening Accident", and "Rebirth". Jorg Michael is also the drummer and Schmuddel (ex-Talon) is the guitarist. They have a new album coming out in May called "Parasite to Society". You can check out a new tune on their myspace called "Doomsday for the Prayer" and it smokes! Check out myspace.com/officialheadhunter. Excellent stuff. I bet this band would rip it up live! To me it sounds more traditional metal than the thrash metal DESTRUCTION is known for. I love both, though.

HEADHUNTER kicks ass!! I missed out on them back in the 90's but I just got all of their cd reissues and I'm glad I did. Look forward to hearing the new stuff!!!!!!!!

I either still own or had "A Bizarre Gardening Accident", it was pretty cool but I wasn't goo goo ga ga about it. I do think that Schmier and Jorg together was an awesome combo. I sold off a lot of cds over the years to make some extra money and just keep what I truly love, I am not sure if I still have this one.
