I have been taking forever to record because I SUUUCK at programming drums and it has come to the point where I dread starting a new song because of it.

I have tried real drummers but they are always in 4 bands and have a harem of Yokos and 12 kids etc etc giving them excuses.

I sing, play bass and guits and leads and I enjoy that aspect, but if anyone is great at programming and want to start a project, give me a shout!

Here is an unmixed track of what I am working with:
(standard tuned melodic thrash)

These are scratch guitars (all will be replaced with layered JCM800 and a cmatmods tube slammer boost)

care to put up a track with the tempo map and without the drums, I'll give it a try if I can think of something

Yep

I'll try and get something audible up tonight.

Do you have any demos of your drums? I has to sound better than what I already do etc etc.

Haha Jesse :) Thanks for thinking of me but I'm way in over my head with my own music as it is right now :( Still gotta write a couple more songs to have enough material for my next recording. Worked like a beast just to finish a new (mediocre) song whole yesterday.

Sorry chappies. I didn't get time to get to the studio to upload a track. I am getting married on Sat so everything is crazeh.

Anyway, here are the tunes that are going to be reworked to record all propah:

(awful vocals so ignore that!)

These all sound different etc because they are scraps or old demos that I will be re-doing after finally getting a guitar and bass tone I am happy with.

There are aprox 13 songs in total so it is not just a one off project etc. I will be pressing 1000's of the final album.

Bump!!!

Youpimatin waws up for it but then he got a job so his time is cut.

Anyone want to give it a bash?

I'd be up for it, but my feckin Roland TD-3 module died last week (I play on my e-kit then fix the mistriggers by hand and then quantize).
Hard to say when I'll have a new module just yet, but I'd be up for it if you haven't found anyone by then!
