I hear some amazing stuff from the forum on how close some guys can get to matching a recorded tone.

I've got about 1 million things on my plate right now and if someone wants to do some matching for me, i'm happy to compensate.

Here's the deal-

I send you some clips of the tone i want. Solo guitar and in a mix.
I also send tracks of my guitar for you to create the tone with.

I have most of the free plugs out and also have Podfarm, curve eq, etc.

I usually use Recabinet, but use whatever software works
for you, if I don't have it i'll get it as long as it's not prohibitively expensive.

If your interested PM me and let me know what you think would be fair and let me hear something you've matched before.

It would be great to have one less thing to obsess over this month!

I've never tried it before in my life man.. but I'm willing to give it a shot. I can;t offer you a previous tone I've matched... but I can offer you what I've personally managed to get:

So I think it would be fair if I tried it for you.. then if I got close enough for you to be happy then we could work out how long it took me to do (I'll time it on the clock and take out any breaks etc so you'd only be paying for exact time I spent working on it).

Then we could come to a price from that?
