Does anyone like this band?

They have to be one of the most never heard of badass bands I've ever heard. Their website has some MP3's of their work...check out the songs on The Twisted Rule the Wicked especially. Those first 4 tracks are 4 of the strongest tracks ever to lead off a metal band, imo. Some of the riffs at the beginning and ending of the songs are just monsterous.

Out of the 400 CD's I own, TTRTW is in the top 5.

Anyway, just seeing if anyone else loves these guys? They finally came out with a new CD, and it's not as good as TTRTW, but it's close.

Heavy thrash, wicked baselines...great songwriting...

Amazon has some samples of all their songs, and you can hear that this CD is just stacked with good stuff.

Does anyone like this band?

I kinda remember Face Down from first time around, when they were doing the more hardcore influenced take on Pantera thing.

I haven't heard the new stuff, but I really like Marco Aro as a singer. I think his stuff with the Haunted pisses all over Dolvings stuff, but that is a rare opinion I'm told. Anyway, I might check out Face Down again.
