Some great recommendations besides saw 3. I'm sure he's seen all those, but here are some more amazing movies that he prolly has already seen.

Scanner darkly, pans labyrinth, The departed, dark city, lost highway, apocalypse now, amadeus, snatch, lock stock and two smoking barrels, naked lunch, kung fu hustle, fight club, ninja scroll, serenity. Mulholland Drive is one of the best weird movies you can see. I think you would really like dark city.

I noticed you're a big horror buff. I don't think will ever be a better horror movie than the shining but that's just me. Event Horizon is kinda cool. None have been done to full potential but all clive barkers concepts are freakin genuis. The hellraiser remake done by the man himself is gonna be insane. By the way, Lord of Illusions is where you got the sample for dreaming neon black right?

I liked the movie.. wouldn't ever make a top ten list but highly entertaining if you can deal with the suspension of belief issues.. and I loved the bad guys in the silver masks

Haha nice Naked Lunch. Yeah I saw that when I was pretty young, and I found it so intriguing. Then I tried to read the book... and well, oh Burroughs! Haha.
 
All the movies out right now look like they blow with the exception of Hot Fuzz and Grindhouse (which I havent seen either of yet)

i went and saw Aqua Teen last night, it had alot of boring filler, but it was still funny as hell.

Everyone told me how great Requiem for a Dream was, so I watched it and it was probably the worst piece of shit I had ever scene with the exception of the scene towards the end with the 2 chicks going ass to ass with a double ended dildo.

Of course everyone told me "you just dont understand it" which isn't true, I just thought it was a huge pile of shit.
