Impossible to judge any skill from a midi file, so if I was a record company I'd say: not yet, but keep working.

i dont have dfhs and would have no clue how to use it if i had it.. if someone could help me out with that i would appreciate it

Haha, another Guitar Pro user? Sounds pretty cool man. Obviously, a band would play it differently (with character) and vocals could change my opinion easily, but for now it's cool.
A lable would probably tell you to get a band together, record a demo, then come back.

If a label heard a midi file... I dont think they would say a single word to you... instead just trash the disc and move on.
