You could pre-order it from The End Records like a week ago because they were getting their Damnation cd's from the Europe release.

I pre-ordered D2 on thursday, and a week later it still has not come. Totally understandable though, I think it came out this week in Europe. But as long as I get it before the 22nd, then im all 's.

Pre ordering is ordering it before the cd comes out, so obviously you won't get it until it's released. It doesn't come out in Europe till the 14th I think. Which is when The End says they're gonna get it.
