Opeth is a notorious offender in terms of stealing album names/song names/lyrics for their own use, so it's really a tribute of the highest form to so blatantly steal from Opeth.

Oh yeah, and band name, steal thing, etc. Kinda ironic seeing as Blackwater park, as hasd been mentioned, is a stolen name

well from what ive learnt April Ethereal's first album "Advent" is in fact a kind of tribute ablum to Opeth but their second album "Al Azif" isn't.

I love the way everyone started having a go at them before they had even heard them. hahaha
