Aptrigga apparently doesn't have the abilty to do random and dynamic triggering at the same time.

that contains a reaper project showing an fx chain splitting some taps into different channels depending on how loud they are, which will then allow you to add seperate instances of aptrigga for each volume
just save the fx chain and put it in your projects. Details are in the readme inside the .RAR
Hope it's useful to some people, it took hours to get my head around making it work
I still have reservations about this working properly for real drum tracks, i haven't tested it
