Oh definitely, but with Arch in the mix you knew they were going to play some classics, which makes it marketable beyond just the prog power scene. Wonder how the "Arch Matheos" material went over with the KIT crowd. I would like to see some video of those tunes. Its such a great album, though I know a lot of traditionalists won't check it out because the band name on the CD isn't FATES WARNING. Their loss!

from talking with some people who went to the show they said the whole set was insane. People were going haywire.

yeah this years line up had some great mid level acts that I would have killed to see live.

the last Defenders of the Old Fest was last fall I think with Bitch / Zuul /Midnight / October 31st / Tension. Havent heard of a new one yet.
