anyone knows the legendarry russian Heavy Metal band called 'Aria'?
god I love those guys...they make pure awsome Heavy Metal, I've seen them twice live.

Their early albums are awesome (especially their debut, Megalomania), but I heard their new stuff isn't that good at all.

Thier new albums are awsome as well, the band have splited into two great bands. Aria have a new vocalist, guitarist and a new drummer.

I loved Play With Fire until I listened to it enough to realize that so much of it was directly lifted from Iron Maiden and some others.

Yeah! They are really Russian Iron Maiden. Sometimes it gets a bit rippy-offy no doubt.

That's interesting, in that Loudness and Aria are more of a fleeting appeal more than anything? I've been die hard Aria for awhile, Loudness comes out every now and then. Still awesome though.
