Plus, we're gonna have the amazing Nili Brosh--all the way from Boston--filling in as Dee Murray and, lemme tell ya, if the show goes even half as well as rehearsal did last night, your head will explode! :hotjump:

And if that wasn't reason enough to check out the show, apparently the Western Trails Ranch is a ghost town! And I do mean an old-timey, authentic, Western frontier ghost town like the ones you used to visit as a kid. How neato is that?!

Morristown was GREAT! A ghost town in the middle of nowhere in AZ with a big ass stage and people who LOVE Maiden and good times! We sincerely hope to return soon!! Here is the set from that night:

Yeah, the venue was one of the most memorable I've played. It was actually a "Grand Ole Opry"-style stage, and we were told that Minnie Pearl was the first person to have performed on it. (Hmmm, from Minnie Pearl to the Iron Maidens, I guess that stage has seen a lot... )

It was pretty crazy to think Nili only rehearsed twice with us and this was her first Maidens performance, cuz the girl totally rocked it! Lotsa folks commented very favorably on her playing. But I think her classic Dave Murray-esque blue and black striped outfit really was the cherry on top.

Looking forward to next show at DiPiazza's in Long Beach on Sat.!
