Astriaal are/were an Australian black metal band. Dunno if they're still around or not. Anyway, Just listening to their album Renascent Misanthropy and fuck it's good.

Haven't thought of Astriaal in years. Last saw them in Canberra at the Uni Refactory. I think it was 2005 from memory. They were a great black metal band, probably the best to come out of Australia. Not sure what happened to them but they seem to have been inactive for a long time now so I assume they have broken up.
