ROFL are you serious? I guarantee you at least 75% of the DT fans know Opeth, and plenty of Opeth fans who don't like DT will be coming out to the show.

I love all 3 bands, but BTBAM and Opeth were both very boring live when I saw them. I love the music, just not great live bands. 3 is pretty fun, but they were a lot better when I saw them 4 years ago than they were with Porcupine Tree last year. I've been looking forward to DT for a while. The Tabernacle is a great place to have a show, too. Awesome sound, great atmosphere.

I am positive I will be the only female Opeth fan there who is an actual fan and not a groupy or a fat ass Guitar Hero player. As usual. You can come hang with me and then we can talk about how crappy it is that Opeth is opening for a band and not headlining their own shows.

I hope the set is good. Not too many slow songs I hope. Maybe Deliverance or Leper Affinity?

Uh, Opeth does headline their own shows, even in the US. An opening slot does nothing but good things for them.
