Having finally downloaded decent copies of all four songs from Mr. Vincent's Euphoria EP, I'm now looking for some other tracks to fill up the rest of a CD with. Can you recommend a few demos and such that circulate in decent quality?

I'm not sure why I'm asking you about things I should know the answers to already. It's my fault you got into VV in the first place, or had you forgotten?

Hehehe. Um, basically I would choose stuff off "Guitars From Hell" which is lower quality 1991 recordings but the same sound and vocals tracks as Euphoria, except with proper mastering it would be better than Euphoria I reckon coz it sounds more rounded and not as harsh, Euphoria is almost unlistenable.

Try finding the Jeff Scott Soto demos!

Are you on Soulseek by any chance? I think I saw some of the JSS demos floating around on there, but prepare to queue up for ages!

I agree about Euphoria. Great songs, terrible recording .

Nup I use eMule, mainly I just download video clips though hehe. Takes ages to queue on there as well...

Euphoria needs a way less harsh sounding EQ on the guitars, everything needs to be polished up a bit with reverb and stuff, there should be rhythm guitars under the solos to fill it out, and the drums need to be WAY louder (let alone actually being recorded properly, they sound tiny and horrible!).
