With their origins in the 1980s and their original fan base made up of skate punks and peripheral fans of NYHC (pronounced "Noo Yawk Hahd Koa"), Anthrax were among the pioneers of Thrash bringing it from the streets to jean-jacketed, hesher kids in Suburbia, U.S.A. Through the years, theyve continued to evolve their original underground sound, dabble with rap (their joint "Bring the Noise" with Public Enemy) and venture beyond the hard, mainstream leanings of the early 90s (the latter years with singer Joey Belladonna).

Well I am def gonna see them in my hometown in Adelaide at Heaven - but wondering if I have enough in this old warhorse body of mine to also do Melbourne (Palace) the night before - then fly over the next day for the City of Churches gig.

ah yes long weekend in Adelaide - mind you being my own boss I can take as many days off (to recover) as need be :)

Yeah that would be slightly handy I guess. I'm asking for the Friday off too, so I can go see some footy in Melbourne on the Friday night or Saturday, then bring on the Sunday night at the Palace.

yep - I went to see Sturt v Port at Adelaide Oval and got home in time to see the Blues get up - excellent game, but as a Hawthorn man I'm in for a fucking long year, lol.

Regarding the SANFL I see Mr Cahill is back at Alberton. Being interstate has meant I haven't been able to keep tabs that well on the local league. So obviously Jack bury the hatchett with the powers that be ?

i'm going to be doing the sydney and melbourne shows definately and possibly the brisbane one too.
 
... oh Aries don't mention the Crows - last week had to endure my crow loving brothers taunts throughout the entire game against between Port and Freo last week. I nearly strangled him.

Anyway I so can't wait for tonights big one between Brizzy and Port then midweek I got Liverpool vs Juve to look forward to (thats European Soccer btw).
