Astounding music and great fellows as well, they're albums are high water marks in black metal (not just usbm). Battle's Clarion is like a summation of what made older, eternal albums great with the prospects of new horizons within the genre. Their next album will be astonishing rest assured. I've had the benefit of hearing the new pieces, though still in proto-forms, live; they are VERY intriguing, wading farther and farther into the experimentation first touched at in Battle's Clarion.

Black Metal is like lightning striking you, the resultant chemical and electrical disruptions alter perceptions and break down barriers between the Terrestrial, the Celestial and the Void. Averse Sefira being an eruptive living presence is a magnification of these disruptions. It becomes a symbiotic relationship sometimes guiding, sometimes being guided.
