A lot of classic metal fans are going to love this a lot. I was personally bored after the same tempo songs throughout. If you like the plodding shit you'll be in your element. It's almost a heavy doom metal album at times. Schmoulik has a powerful voice but he can't save this album. It sounds much like the plodding latter day Dio albums so if you enjoy those then go for this as well. I need more melody to keep me interested I'm afraid.

I've talked about Avigal a couple times over here. No doom to be found IMO, just classic traditional HM. Yes, it's mostly mid-tempo, but there are a few faster paced songs. There plenty of melodies and catchy stuff on that disc to keep me interested.

This could be considered a plodding song, but I like it

Well I knew you'd like it G Man but I can't take this slow plodding stuff cause it just bored me senseless. I just don't hear the type of melodies that make music memorable. Same with the Picture album which is like a brother or companion album to this one.

Well, the Avigal disc is much more melodic and catchy than the Picture-Warhorse in my book. It's overall a superior album as well.
