I got it only a week ago and gotta say it's completely awesome! A hell of a live performance and a super great production as a live DVD. The cool detail about it is how the guitars keep switching from left to right and vice-versa when Niklas and Martin switch positions on the stage. Does anybody have any thoughts about it?

That's really interesting. I never noticed it. I also haven't checked to confirm, so I'm trusting you. It's a pretty neat detail, and it's the kind of thing you get with a professionally mixed DVD.

I wonder if it's on the CD release? It seems like it would just be confusing to someone listening without watching, but it would be a pretty cool effect anyway.

I recommend you watch it using headphones. That's how I made sure of it. The first time, I used the home theater speakers and had the impression this was going on. Then, with the headphones, I confirmed that. You'll have to watch to the DVD a bit. It's not easily noticed in 20 or 30 seconds because the camera never stops clearly at Niklas' or Martin's guitars.

I also wonder about the CD. I don't have it. Maybe someone who has it could confirm for us if that effect is also present. I believe it wouldn't very nice in the CD, though, just as you said.
