Backdrops for your band

Anyone got em for thier band here? Any tips as to where to go to?

but, it's about the only one that isn't pissing me off that I can find. Just wondering if there is a go-to place that I'm just not finding.

Interested in banners to put behind the drums and in front of the amps...I'm sure everyone here knows what I mean...

You can find some locally just go to a printing company or something, get them printed in vynil or mesh, i used to work for a company like.

About any printshop who can do large format printing on mesh/vinyl ? Check around your town for local companies.

I guess I should emphasize that I want something of the same quality that I'm seeing in touring bands stage setup...not just the style of whats on awnings all around town.

Local Companies could do that, you just need to push them because the have their "Tricks" for save some materials, must of their clients are "Meh" in terms of quality so they do this, save materials, time and money and average client is happy anyway. just go to the better or must respected, your local company coudl have the same Machinery and quality that big bands demands, other thing to consider is the price, maybe bandgrafix is cheaper or maybe not, considering shipping etc.

I'd still go for a local shop, just get some opinions on a good one, and that band graffix doesn't look to legit, as all their stuff looks either photoshoped or taken from stock footage

That was another one I saw after starting this thread...they seem better than the one I put up first.

we have 2 7'x7' feet back drops that look sorta pro. what we did was bought the material at fabric store. Had a family member sew them up. Bought fabric paint. the crap that comes in a squirt bottle. dumped the bottles into a cup for use of paint brush. printed our logo onto clear plastic on my hp printer. rented an overhead projector from the library. duct taped each banner to the side of my garage. Shined the logo onto the backdrop and painted our logos onto them with a paint brush. took about 3 hours and cost was under 50 bux for all the materials.

any banner company can do it for you, for the sabbat stuff we used mesh for the scrims and a light weight anti glare canvas/pvc for the backdrop and the print looks great. We can actually get the whole stage set in 2 suitcases.

BUT I LOVE SEEING TONS OF AMPS AND SHIT. I never really understood covering all the shit up.

I did have an idea of having the band play inside some translucent shower curtains and just having blood spray on them the whole show like the band was slaughtering someone with RIFFZ inside.

etc...etc..and so on whatsoever.

what are the dimensions of the Sabbat banners if you dont mind me asking

the scrims are 2 x 2.5 meters and if i remember right the back drop is 20ft x 15ft. Scrims cost about £150 uk each and the back drop was about £500 uk. The stands are actually peavey PA stands and i used fibre glass flag poles that are telescopic for the tops and for back drop.
