Baklava appreciation thread!

Anyone else love this shit? Sooo good. Found a middle eastern bakery not far from me and am currently pigging out on some seriously tasty Baklava.

I approve! Baklava is a pastry which originates from Turkey which is made of phyllo dough. It's mostly filled with chopped nuts, wallnuts, pistache nuts and sweetened with honey or syrup

Baklava is very popular here in greece, but personaly I prefer this:

It's called "kataifi" and it has a very similar filling with baklava but the outer dough is this interesting "noodle-like" stuff...awesome.
And then there's this which is even better:

It's called "galaktompoureko", it's the same dough as the baklava but with creme filling...
