I learned the hard way: NEVER EVER go to Guitar Center 2 days before Christmas for precisely the reason mentioned above.

Haha.. HC can be allright every now and then, but if you want to talk gear then you better go somewhere else.

For example, if you'd open a thread about a actual amp in the amp thread where you want to discuss a certain amp you will probably get 1 reply of a lost soul who can actually anwser you.
But if you post something like "OH HAI I JUST FARTED AND ITS PIPING HOT, SHOULD I LIEKZ GO SEE TEH dOCTORs?" you will get 1000 replies a day.
