The "guy" is Warrel and it IS French

I *think* it's a pilot telling the passengers they've landed safely, but I could be wrong, it's very hard to discern.

The origin of the lyrics were based on carrier fighters...
I don't know French but was told at the time it would be something in the line of "bend over , grab your ankles and kiss you ass goodbye".
