I've been reading about these guys for over a year and they're one of the best parody bands out there. For those who have never heard of them, Beatallica is a metal quartet that does mashups of The Beatles and Metallica songs (which means Jenna already digs this band
). They were on the spotlight a couple of years ago when Sony/ATV Music Publishing (owners of majority of The Beatles songs) threatened to sue them for copyright violation; in response, Lars Ulrich brought one of Metallica's lawyers to help Beatallica in this case. Ultimately, Sony gave in and allowed Beatallica to continue their career.Beatallica released their second full-length album Masterful Mystery Tour a few months ago. If I can find it here, I'll go pick it up.
