I've always thought what Bill M. has to say about religion just makes sense to me. If I were to give a reason for the "why" I never vote republican, I will say that I don't want to see my country become a theocracy. Which allot of those radical Christians would like to see happen, they also just so happen to vote rep.

My mom wants that type of government, it seems. If America was a completely Christian nation, that'd be fine, but since we're not, I think our leaders should reflect the "freedom of religion".
