Beginners bass dvd

Anyone recommend good dvd's/instructional videos for a beginners bass player. Interested in a few different styles so all recommendations are welcome

I don't have any DVD's but when I first started playing guitar I remember I was desperate in finding videos and stuff like that and yeah i did find some here and there that defintely did help but theres nothing better than having a friend sit down and teach you stuff (as long as they're good) and if you don't have a friend that can do it you should look around for a good teacher because someone showing you it in person and explaining it in a way you can ask them to, helps 1000x more than any dvd or video ever could

flea has a good one, jaco's dvd (modern electric bass) is great, check out the vic wooten and micheal manring vids on youtube.... i think that's all you'll need
