Hey guys,

me and my girl are hitting Berlin for 3 days at the end of May, we already have a few ideas of stuff to do.

But do you guys have any recommendations of places to eat/drink, stuff to see that typical tourists might miss out on, and are there any cool instrument stores etc?

This will be the first time in Berlin for both of us
thanks

Niall

I think there was a thread about another Sneapster planning on doing the same.
I can't remember the title but you might try searching for it.

In Berlin, a location called "Mauerpark" is always fun.

thanks for the suggestions so far guys, had a search there and could only find one thread specifically about guitar shops, i'm looking touristy things and possibly vintage gear, effects, mic shops etc too

I lived in an area called Kreuzberg for a couple of months and it's probably my favorite place ever. So I'd suggest to check that out. Oranienstraße in that area has loads of food from different places. Get of the U8 or U1 at Kottbusser Tor and you'll be in the middle of it. As far as music stores I haven't really found anything special tbh. The typical tourists type of stuff can be done in one day and by foot since everything is pretty close around Alexanderplatz and Brandenburg Gate.
