Erm... The thread is "Best male vocals" and for someone having a good voice has nothing to do with what they sing (at least most of the times). Therefore someone may not like Michael Jackson, but the fact that his voice is good has nothing to do with that...

Yeah, you are!! I don´t really get the mystery about Peter Steele either. Probably he represents the "big strong male" to some people. Well it´s impressing but not that I would like it. I also think that the pics from the Playgirl did a lot to bring up this hysteria about him. Well I saw some of those pics and that´s not nice at all!!!! Actually it´s scary!!!
And comparing Sentenced with HIM shows that you don´t know much about this band (Sentenced). 1. They don´t sound like HIM at all and 2. they don´t do this "our frontman is good looking and that´s why we´re famous"-thing. Laihiala is very good looking but the band is not based on that! I think it´s shitty anyway to call some bands HIM-clones just because they make similar music. I mean when it´s about other bands from other countries then it´s like "Trash Metal" or "Death Metal" but if the band is from Finland and makes depressive music it´s a "HIM-clone"
