Best obscure Metal songs

Awesome !! I suppose resurrecting an old thread is not bad in an oldschool forum..........

White Lion - Lady of the Valley. Killer track !! Guitar God mixed with a pretty boy singer that can actually sing, a fine rhythm section as well as a mystical theme. Cool stuff !!

Tesla - Changes. I consider Tesla a rock band, but their first two releases held metalhead's attention. Changes sounded like a cross between hard rock, metal, and that weird mid-70's stuff that only got played late at night on the radio. Hannon is onet underrated guitarist, as well.

Heretic - The Circle. Metal Church knew what they were doing by stealing away Heretic's singer Mike Howe. He was and still is awesome !! The song is awesome.

Powermad - Nice Dreams. Melodic thrash band with a singer better suited for powermetal. They were great !! This particular song was more powermetal than thrash, though. It really fit the singer's vibe though.

Vanden Plas - Silently. The greatest song ever written.
