Best place to get GOTE Nuclear Blast import?

What is the best/cheapest place online people have found to order the Nuclear Blast digipack (ie. with extra tracks) of GOTE that will deliver in a timely fashion to North America?

Don't think I'm going to bother with the Sanctuary version...I love Anthrax and all, but I've got better ways to spend my money around Xmas without buying two copies of the same album, so I'm willing to wait a little longer for the import.

not to sure yet,i know last time with wcfya australia got nuclear blast import as a standard release so i am hoping australia gets bonus track version this time around,if all else fails i will wait to see the bonus edition on amazon.com

When WCFYA came out, i've order it at my canadian hmv store and it wasn't too expensvie

I plan to order the Nuclear Blast version as well. If the Sanctuary version doesnt have bonus tracks, the dvd or even an enchanced cd for computer I wont bother. I just have to wait a bit longer.
