There are so many great memories! but here are some of my best for this year:

* Finding out that my friend "Prickanowsky" was the bellydancer on stage with Myrath!
* Founding a new band called "PORNWOLF" with a very specific main audience,namely polish prostitutes and brazilian students from Sweden without hamsters
* Finding out that armwrestling a Danish girl isn't as easy as it sounds (in my defence,she was very muscular and she was a professional kickboxer!)
* Ofcourse the whole afterparty on Sunday with all of my old and new friends! Thank you all!!!!

My worst moment:

* Having to be at the hospital monday morning at 8.20 am after getting home at 5.30 am the same morning!

Also the people smoking during Jon Oliva, I really hate it and as far as I know it's not allowed inside. Although with The Mountain King smoking himself on stage I can understand the confusion.

When Jon Oliva did Weapons of Mass Destruction at PPUSA with Chris Caffery and Doc Wachholz, the same thing happened - smoking is of course not allowed indoors at the venue, but when Jon lit up on stage, so did dozens of people in the audience.

Meeting my proguli family in person. Ray, Dario, Gerhard, Young Simon, Experienced Simon, Thomas, Robert, Kevin... and others that I can't remember the names now. it was really awesome to meet, talk and share a beer with you all!!! And, of course, the non-proguli members of the ProgPower! Now I know why PP is so much special for you all. You are a bunch of really nice friendly great persons!!!

Watch Leprous live (and meet them at the basement)!!! My favorite band in the recent times.... just pure & simply FODA PRA CARALHO!!!

"Talk" with drunk 2 brothers that were half from Greece, half from Dubai, half from England and half from Scotland (I still don't quite understand the whole thing... hehehhe), at the friday after party at the castle. One of them trying to say "high five", but never came out... was like "hig fvs...", "hi fraves".... lol

Enjoying a "musical battle" between two brass bands on the sunny Sunday, after a really nice car ride through Baarlo and surroundings on the Pure Luxury Awesomeness with Gerhard...

also, since it was my 1st time on Europe, everything was new and fresh and great!!! Had a great time!


as for the wheel chair robbery and the fight, that was really sad and stupid!!! But, sadly, there's stupid people everywhere. Let's just hope that such awful things never happen again. The PP is really a special weekend and there's no place there for such idiotic things!!!

I went to their signing session (out of pity ) and they signed their cd booklet. They even drew a heart on it!

The greatest - off - PPEU experience (and the biggest laugh!!) for me was to enter my rental caravan at Recreatiepark De Berckt. The girl at the reception told us that we were lucky to have a renovated one... Well, way back in the 50's maybe!!!!!

The Haken vocalist announced their last song and the crowd was a bit dissappointed for they only played 3 or 4 songs. His reaction: "are we a prog band or what?" Hilarious !!!


Biggest downer for me: waiting >20 yrs to see and hear Shadow Gallery perform...... just to find their sound was utterly shite!!!!

Please please give them a change for a repeat next year!!!!

7. Jonathan and Alex dancing funny on the first day afterparty in the kasteel.
8. Singing Stil in Mij in the after after party! That really made my day.
9. The baarlo orchestra in the plaza next to sijwa, nice nice! very progressive.


On the other hand, about the wheel chair i dont know how people can do such stupid jokes not funny at all. And not having the guts to give it back or even show up.
