I have it on my computer, but I have yet to listen to it, though I know no cd (by GWAR) will beat their "Scumdogs of The Universe" or "America Must Be Destroyed" I normally just consider GWAR a punk band

I do like GWAR, they're err interesting. Ragnarok, and War Party have to be my favourites.

Awesome album. Total ass-kicking metal. "WAR IS ALL WE KNOW!" cant get enough of that song

Its a huge mix. Sludgy weird metal, bit of thrash here and there. They're really lablled as shock rock, but thats more to do with there antics than there music.

They don't sound like any band, but their name means I think either (God What an awful racket) or Gay Women Against Racism.

Wow...this is the most heavy they have ever sounded to me. Good stuff. I usually just like 1 or 2 songs off each album (except Scumdogs and Ragnarok those are classics)...but they seemed to have beefed up their sound some and playing close to their potential.

Maybe it has something with being produced by Devin Townsend?

Thanks for posting this thread, I didn't know they had a new one out...and I certainly didn't think it would sound this tasty. I'll have to listen to more before I decide to buy.
