Big Brother

Gavin, I cant believe people actually listen to Nile, but they do. If you see my point :)

I don't watch it alot of the time because I'm at uni and therefore not home, just managed to catch that bit yesterday :)

But things got mighty interesting last night.

Belinda left the house, probably not a bad idea, she wasnt handling it too well to put it mildly... 4 more days and Ben would have been gone though, it will be about 97% for him to go I reckon :)

Yeah, it's sad that Ben's gone nuts. He was great in the first couple of weeks.

Belinda's gone, and the housemates didn't even know according to the BB website.

Excellent episode tonight! Glad that Ben's going, though - it was becoming too much about him.

Holy fuck what have I been missing?

I only read the last page of this thread...and am not sure if I want to go and read the rest about the gay slayings and juvinile court hearings lol

Man and I thought this series would be boring as shit.

Yeah Ben has just about lost it, he doesnt know what he is doing anymore, he was keeping things interesting but he pushed everyone too far unfortunately. Maybe they will cancel the evictions for this week now...

OK, here tis.

A couple of weeks back two people from each house swapped houses. One of them was Ben, and because the general character of the house was different he changed the way he acted accordingly. This really bothered Regina, who also went to the square house with him, because she was now seeing two different Bens. It was after the houses merged and she discussed it with her old housemates that everyone realised just how much Ben was playing the game - changing the way he acted depending on who he was talking to.

This all escalated and Ben started stirring everyone to get reactions from them, talking about people behind their backs and getting other people to start looking at everyone else in a different perspective. This REALLY upset people, mainly the girls, and I'm pretty sure all of them have had a serious cry.

On Monday night everyone except Saxon, Ben and Reggie nominated Ben for eviction. He received an Aussie BB record of 12 points - of course, none of the house mates know how many points people get, but it was obvious that Ben wasn't too welcome. So last night, he started stirring more than he ever had, and it culminated in a dinner conversation where he told people to feed both their faces (ie, two-faced) - pretty sure he meant it as a joke, but Jo didn't take it that way. She had a big feed and said she had to feed both her faces, and Ben said that if he was going to call her two-faced he'd have the decency to call her that to her face. Then she went to the bedroom crying, and Vincent followed her.

Ben then had a huge argument with Belinda, and Belinda went off to the bedroom to have a sook too. Then Chrissie had a go at him too but didn't cry.

When it all settled down they all decided to go and have a dip in the spa, but Belinda didn't know that Ben was going to be there and said something to the effect of that if he had a go at her she'd hurt him. Claire didn't like this because it's against the rules to threaten someone with violence (Belinda didn't say it directly to Ben, I don't think) and so she went to BB to tell him. BB then called Belinda in and gave her two strikes for breaking the rules - three strikes and you're out. Belinda wondered if she should just leave.

BB then called all of the housemates in to tell them what happened, to reiterate that you can't threaten someone with violence. They were all OK with that.

And that's where we left the show this evening. There was a teaser saying that tomorrow night Belinda will create Aussie BB history by being the first to leave. She's had problems almost from the start, first from Carlo and Saxon and then from Ben, and it's all escalated to what we saw tonight.

Great stuff!

Aaahhhhh now Im all caught up.

Maybe I should start watching it. Means I will have to stop watching Home and Away...Im not sure if Im up to that kind of change just now though...maybe I should tape one and watch the other.

Haha I saw that tonight. Ben has gone wacko, though I must say its pretty funny to watch. :)

But that claire woman I mean really. Belinda said something to the effect of if ben says anything else I think I will have punch him etc. Then she goes to BB and complains and is almost crying???!! Wtf?? Just because belinda said that. Jesus. People say that sort of stuff all the time and here she is nearly having a breakdown because of it. Half the people in that house are a bunch of wackos!

Yeah but Belinda already said she wished she could kill the 2 people who "involved" her sister in the murder, so she probably realised how unstable she was, but I have to agree, Claire overreacted badly, I couldnt believe she was almost in tears.

I think channel 10 deliberately picked fruit loops to go into the house this time to keep the ratings up :)

Yeah I realised she said that, but still. I mean Im sure given the situation, with a few drinks under her belt, anyone might let something like that slip, even if they dont mean to actually do it. Alcohol does strange things to the brain :Spin:

But anyway we shall see what happens tonight, in between ads for frasier of course :D

You have to admit that Belinda seems emotionally fragile to put it mildly and even she said she didnt want herself to get angry because she is afraid of what she will do, so judging from what ive seen, id say she might be a bit of a nut... :)

I have no idea, but if I was a betting man id put it on them being fake, women seem to have a much better idea about it and Leah says they are, so ill go with that until I see proof otherwise :D
